# Connexion à votre Compte

Une fois votre compte créé, suivez ces étapes pour vous connecter :

1. Accéder au site

* Visitez [dashboard.qosic.com](https://dashboard.qosic.com/).

2. Saisir vos identifiants

* Entrez votre adresse e-mail et votre mot de passe.

3. Se connecter

* Cliquez sur le bouton « Se connecter ».

#### <mark style="color:red;">Problèmes possibles</mark>

* « No value present. User profile not found » : Le compte n'existe pas. Créez-en un nouveau.
* « Error! Bad credentials. Check your e-mail & password » : Identifiants incorrects. Revérifiez vos informations.

#### <mark style="color:orange;">Mot de passe oublié</mark>

Si vous avez oublié votre mot de passe :

1. Cliquez sur « Mot de passe oublié ».
2. Suivez les instructions pour le réinitialiser.
3. Vérifiez votre e-mail pour obtenir un nouveau mot de passe.
