Withdrawal from QosPay Dashboard

1. Activer la Double Authentification :

Dual authentication is mandatory to secure your account. Here's how to activate it:t

1. Download an Authenticator application (Google Authenticator or similar).

2. Log in to your QosPay dashboard.

3. Scan the QR code displayed on your dashboard with the Authenticator application

4. Click Next and enter the code generated by the application in the field provided.

5. Once validated, you will be automatically logged out

6. Reconnect with your password, then enter the authentication code generated by the application

2. Add your Withdrawal Number :

1. Go to Settings.

2. Go to the Payout tab

3. Add the phone numbers for the withdrawal operators (e.g. MTN or Moov).

3. Request Withdrawal Authorization:

1. Contact QosPay support to activate withdrawal authorization:​

• WhatsApp : Service client disponible.

4. Make a withdrawal:

1. Log in to your dashboard.

2. Go to the Payment section in the left-hand sidebar.

3. Click on Payment request.

4. A window will open:

   • Select the operator (MTN, Moov, etc.).

   • Your balance will appear according to the selected operator.

6. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.

7. Click on Send to validate the request
