# Login to your account

Once you have created your account, follow these steps to log in:

1. Go to site

* Visit [dashboard.qosic.com](https://dashboard.qosic.com/).

2. Enter your login details

* Enter your e-mail address and password.

3. Login

* Click on the “Login” button.

#### <mark style="color:red;">Possible problems</mark>

* “No value present. User profile not found": The account does not exist. Create a new one.
* “Error! Bad credentials. Check your e-mail & password": Incorrect credentials. Check again

#### <mark style="color:orange;">Password forgotten</mark>

if you've forgotten your password :

1. Click on “Forgot password”.
2. Follow the instructions to reset it.
3. Check your e-mail for a new password.
