Possible problems

• “Error! Bad credentials. Check your e-mail & password": Incorrect credentials. Check again

Password forgotten

if you've forgotten your password :

1. Click on “Forgot password”.

2. Follow the instructions to reset it.

3. Check your e-mail for a new password.
