Checking transactions on the QosPay Dashboard
View your last 10 transactions:
The QosPay dashboard lets you view your transactions, including your last 10 transactions, all transactions and all withdrawals. Here's how it works :
Log in to your dashboard
On the first interface that appears, scroll down.
You'll find a list of your last 10 transactions.
2. Check cash withdrawal transactions :
Access the “Payment” menu:
Use the sidebar on the left.
Click on the Payment option.
If the menu texts are not displayed, click on the three-dash icon at top left to display them.
Select an operator :
Once on the Payment tab, you'll see an empty table.
Select the operator (e.g. Moov, MTN, etc.) from the drop-down menu.
The table will update and display the corresponding transactions.
If no transactions appear even though you have made withdrawals :
Check the Transactions section (see below).

View all your transactions:
Go to the Transactions option in the left-hand sidebar.
An interface with several search fields and an empty table will appear
Filter your transactions:
Transaction type: Choose between RequestPayment or Deposit.
Operator: Select the operator (e.g. MTN, Moov, etc.).
he table will automatically update with transactions matching your criteria.
View details of a specific transaction
Click on the eye icon next to the transaction to view more information.
RechAdvanced search :
Use the search tool to find a transaction by ID, number, or other information specific to the operator or transaction type.
