# Account creation

###  Follow the steps below to create a QosicPay account:

1. Go to the website
   * Go to the official website: dashboard.qosic.com.
2. Fill in the creation form

Click on the “Create an account” button.

Provide the following information:

* Country
* First and last name
* First and last name
* Telephone number
* Password
* Name of your application or company
* Description
* Indicate if you are a developer or not

3. **Accept terms and conditions**

* Read and accept the terms and conditions by checking the appropriate box.

4. **Validate creation**

* Click on “Create an account” to finalize.

5. **E-mail verification**

* You will receive a validation e-mail.
* Click on the link in the e-mail to activate your account (check spam if necessary)
* If you don't receive a validation e-mail, please contact <support@qosic.com> or whatsapp

#### <mark style="color:red;">In case of error</mark>

If you encounter an error during creation :

* “Mail already exists": The e-mail address is already register
* “Company already exists": The company name is already in use.
* “Country empty": You haven't selected a country.
* “Invalid activity description": The activity description is invalid.
* Please also specify that the password is written with appropriate characters.
